ORO Manufacturing Company offers the ability to fabricate products from raw material to finished product. ORO's manufacturing area encompasses both CNC and conventional fabrication areas.

ORO Manufacturing Company maintains its ability to provide its customers with conventional manufacturing techniques whether they are an adjunct to CNC Manufacturing or stand alone, these techniques are necessary for ORO Manufacturing Company to provide a full range of services to our customers.

Shearing ORO Manufacturing Company's LVD shear allows us to cut 1/4" x 12' blanks accurately as a finished product or in preparation for CNC punching or conventional manufacturing.

Assembly & Finishing

Both welding and mechanical assembly are available at ORO Manufacturing Company. We offer spot welding, wire welding, and heliarc welding. For mechanical assembly, ORO Manufacturing Company utilizes a wide variety of air, electric, and manual hand tools. Metal preparation is key in providing our customers with high quality finishes. ORO Manufacturing Company's sanding and grinding department uses various hand sanders, grinders and buffers in addition to our 42" capacity Timesaver.

ORO Manufacturing Company offers clear satin anodize finish for aluminum parts as well as wet coat painting on our 800' conveyorized paint line.
