ORO Manufacturing Company has emerged from modest beginnings as a tool and die shop in the mid 1940's to one of the most respected manufacturing facilities in its area. Not long after its inception, ORO Manufacturing Company began working with the Department of Defense producing high density, light weight seating used in troop and cargo transportation aircraft. Today we offer nearly 200 configurations of the original design and supply seats to the largest users in the free world, including the United States Department of Defense, Sikorsky Aircraft, Boeing Helicopters, and Bell Helicopter/Textron.

From this original line of work, ORO Manufacturing Company has also expanded into the fabrication of a variety of sheet metal products. ORO Manufacturing Company's Contract Manufacturing services are most often used by the machine tool industry, the textile machinery industry, and the electronics industry, but have also been used by such diverse industries as the medical equipment industry, the consumer lawn care products industry, the museum industry, and the United States Postal Service. In short, ORO Manufacturing Company offers a wide variety of experience in the Contract Manufacturing area.

ORO Manufacturing Company occupies an 80,000 square foot brick facility located in Monroe, North Carolina near the junction of US 74 and Highway 601 approximately 25 miles southeast of Charlotte, North Carolina. This location offers easy access to transportation via truck or air.
